Your reflection space

This is a private space. The reflection prompts are yours to work through, and what you write belongs to you.

Here's how that works in practice:

Your entries are not read by anyone else. Not by Brett, not by his team, not by any third party. They are stored in a database, encrypted at rest, and visible only to you when you sign in.

They are not used in marketing. Not aggregated into reports. Not anonymised and shared as examples. Not analysed for insights to feed back to anyone. Not used to train AI models.

The only exception is when you specifically choose to share an entry with Brett. When you do, two things happen. First, an AI assistant reads the entry to summarise what you're working through, so Brett can review it efficiently. Second, Brett may then read the original entry and respond to you by email.

You can unshare any entry at any time. When you do, it's removed from Brett's queue. The AI summary is retained but flagged as withdrawn.

You can download or delete everything you've written, at any time, from your account page.
